MetaMask

MetaMask is a Chrome extension that allows users to access Ethereum enabled distributed applications (Dapps) directly from their browser. The extension injects the Ethereum web3 API into every website's javascript context, enabling Dapps to read from the blockchain. Users can also create and manage their own identities, review and approve transactions securely, and receive warnings when navigating to phishing sites. In addition, MetaMask enables access to various functionalities including Web 3.0, Dapps, NFTs, ERC20 tokens, ICOs, ERC271, and more.
