Return YouTube Comment Username

The "Return YouTube Comment Username" Chrome extension aims to restore the traditional username format in the comments section of YouTube. With YouTube's update, user IDs starting with "@" (known as handles) are displayed instead of usernames. This extension replaces the handles with the original usernames in the video comments section, community comments section, and the comments section of the top notification.
