Web Search Navigator

Web Search Navigator is a lightweight Chrome extension that adds keyboard shortcuts for enhanced navigation on Google search and other supported websites. The extension allows users to select search results, open them in the background or foreground, navigate to different sections (maps, news, videos, etc.), and navigate through result pages. It also supports custom CSS rules for the look of highlighted results. With support for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, the extension can be synchronized across devices with the same browser profile. Optional support for websites like YouTube, Startpage, Brave Search, Github, Google Scholar, and Amazon can be enabled in the extension options.
